It was okay read for me. Starts with us meeting heroine and hero. Find out hero has been dragon for practically all his life. He is like a child in his innocence and method of interacting with heroine. He has had very little contact with outside world due to his inability to turn human until he found his true love. He pretty much just hid out in woods with only dog for companionship.When he meets heroine he determines she is worth changing for. It is instant connection. Heroine just ups and takes him back to her place. Felt like she adopted him, because he was very child-like in his interaction with her and hero's internal dialogue didn't help. Give author credit for being consistent with the character. Once they settle hero back at her place they move it to sexual relationship. Hero was virgin and heroine helped him navigate through the his first love scene. She was not afraid to ask him to do things, if you know what I mean. There was even a funny scene where brother is wanting to talk to him about birds and the bees. By that time hero already had his diploma on pleasing a woman, thanks to the heroine.
However, not is all well. Hero keeps thinking about how much he wants to be a dragon again and his bff the dog he left behind. He had asked his brother help find him and care for him, but brother told him the dog was not having any of that. So hero goes to find dog while heroine sleeps. I felt like hero was cheating emotionally on heroine with that dog. Preferred sleep with dog as dragon form than stay and sleep with heroine.
However, she takes it all in stride. Is very understanding and supportive of him turning back to dragon every now and then, and even bringing dog to come live with them. The climax was resolved and hero falls more in love with heroine. Appreciates that she loves him in all his forms and is very supportive.
It was short read. Safe read. Heroine was hero's first. It was okay. Gave it a 3 because I just did not feel the hero. Felt he was too much stuck as kid in his actions, thoughts and sayings. Heroine was very supportive, felt like adoptive mother. Without love scene I would have felt it was mother-son adoption story. Anyway, still had its moment and it was very short. We get HEA at the end.

I do love Dragons. This was so cute an sassy. We have the new school teacher meeting th e local mayor an his wife that's Gus and Car a Gray of Grays Hollow. Besides seeing the Dragon he has a brother who hasn't been seen as human for quite awhile. Who seems . To have taken a likening to the new teacher. Great cute read fast moving just like a Dragon right to the HEA for home an their treasure.
Naughty, sweet, cute, fun and wonderful, I loved it and I am off to read the other books from this awesome series! ^_^
Becca and Illie came out the gate capturing my attention. I love the way they complimented each other. Becca was the only person who got Willie come come out of his Dragon form in over 14years. I believe the cutest part was when he asked her about television and what was her favorite shows. It really cracked me up. And let's not forget about mouse...I love that name for a huge dog. This book was fast pace but I highly recommend this story along with the series. I cannot wait to read the next one. Please get this book
Ilie is a dragon 1st & foremost; his mother had told him that when he found his mate that he would become human again & she was right. Becca is the new science teacher in Gray's Hollow & after she's told by Cara & shown by Gus that dragons do exist she goes for a walk & meets Ilie in his human form.
As this is a HEA, this book contains nakedness, dragons, lots of sex scenes & a dog named Mouse. If there are going to be more books about the other brothers then I will definitely be reading the next book in this series.
I want my own Ilie. He is just so...sweet, ernest, cute, Hot, and very, very determined. It's so poignant being with him through his journey as a human after being only a Dragon for the last fourteen years. He has to persevere so that he can win over his mate, even though she fell hard for him at the get go. (He doesn't know that) Becca and Ilie are such an adorable couple. I thoroughly enjoyed their joyous journey of discovery together. They are such a beautiful feel good story. I definitely recommend this story and look forward to the next brother Dragon to meet his mate and come on home. Enjoy!😀
Normally, I don't go for billionaire books...because most of them are jerks. But sweet Illie is so far from that.
We originally met Illie in his older brother, Gus's, story.
I felt so bad for Illie, being trapped as a dragon, but thanks to kind Becca, Illie can now easily transform to his human body.
I loved Becca's character too. She never makes Illie feel like less, she's protective of him, and she truly does love him.
My one fear in all of these books was that one of the brothers would end up with a gold digger, but so far, we're good with no witches with a B.
I will say that my one complaint is that Illie is a lot childish, and that kinda bugged me.
This one has a wow factor that will set you on your butt. Ilie Grey is the younger brother of Gus Grey. He has spent the last 15 years in his dragon form. He never shifters and he lives the wild and free life of a dragon in Grey's Hollow. He longs for a mate sort of, but he loves his form more and lives in the caves with his dog mouse.
When Becca comes to town as the new teacher and lunch with the Mayor's wife she learns the secrets of Grey Hollow and of the dragons that rule the Hollow. Becca happens upon Ilie and her scents calls to him like nothing ever has. Suddenly he wants very much to be not only the dragon but the man that is being called forth by his mate..
It one hot and sexy time when he tranforms and learns his mate. Ilie experiences Becca and the physical connection and contact of love making.
It is an absolutely special and sweet time. I know this one will melt your heart and make you glad you took the time to read it..
